We went down to Blalock Lakes for L & R’s third session of the year. How cute are these monogrammed bathing suits? We couldn’t resist putting them on the girls for some shots on the dock. Enjoy these sweet sister pictures.

I loved meeting C’s baby sister the other week. Many of you know how challenging it can be to get a toddler to hold his/her baby sibling (without anyone getting hurt!). C did an amazing job, and he was so sweet and lovable towards little A. Isabelle, the family dog even sat nicely for a few shots. I loved A’s nursery; the pink painting says it all. Congratulations on the arrival of your beautiful baby girl!

Katie & David – Sea Island, Georgia

You really can’t go wrong choosing Sea Island for a destination wedding. It is such a gorgeous setting, and each time I go, I have trouble returning to my urban life in Atlanta. Katie & David chose Sea Island for their wedding because it was a special place for Katie growing up. Many of my clients have large wedding parties like Katie & David, and I always love the energy level and fun atmosphere that it creates with a big group. Katie and David are clearly loved by their family and friends as you will see in the photos. Amanda, Melissa, Elizabeth and the entire team at The Cloister did an amazing job again on a beautiful wedding reception! Enjoy, and congratulations to the happy couple!

For D’s final yearlong session, we met at the family’s pretty new home. The boys were so sweet as usual. I love their mom’s style and their dad is the best at making them laugh! It’s always a pleasure to photograph this beautiful family.

I almost took W home with me the other day. He could not be more adorable! We had fun strolling through the gardens behind our studio. There were a few moments captured that I want framed for my office just because they make me smile. Check out the one of him on his mom’s back, with both of them laughing. Love.

Morgan & David – Atlanta, GA

I met Morgan in December 2010 when she first babysat my children. I immediately loved her friendly personality, love for children, and ability to multi-task. I don’t remember how the conversation got started, but within only a few short months Morgan joined the LNP team as my Studio Manager. For years, I had balanced shooting, emails, billing, correspondence, designing and ordering, and I desperately needed help. Morgan came to the rescue, and when I say this girl has mad organization skills, I mean it! My clients love her, and I love her. She has become a dear friend and brings so much joy to the studio. When I first met Morgan, she mentioned that her boyfriend had actually been in a few weddings I photographed (see photo below of the three couples – thank you Ludlams and Coopers!), and that if they ever were to marry they wanted to hire me. Well, only a few months later, Morgan and David were engaged and the wedding plans began. The year flew by, with lots of fun wedding talk, and in February, on a gorgeous winter day (that felt like spring!), Morgan and David were married at Peachtree Presbyterian Church and Cherokee Country Club. I couldn’t wait to visit Baby S the other week. It felt like just yesterday that I was photographing her sister, B, only a few days after she was born. S is equally as adorable and beautiful! There is nothing sweeter than sisters. Congratulations!
